Help
Here are a few bits of information about our site, in case you need help or if things
don't seem to work.
What browsers can be used?
We did a lot of work to ensure that the site works well in most recent browsers and we're
in the process of testing others. At this point, the site works in Firefox 3.5, IE 8 and
IE 8 in compatibility mode. This gives us some confidence that the site works in IE 7, too,
but we haven't tested that yet.
We expect the site to work in the latest versions Google Chrome, Safari and Opera but we
haven't tested these yet, so problems are possible but we're trying to get to issues as
soon as possible.
A note to IE 6 users: we considered for a long time support for IE 6 but eventually decided
to drop it. IE 6 is such a terrible browser, full of bugs and security holes that anyone
using it should seriously consider upgrading to IE 8 right away. Users of IE 6 are welcome
to our site but expect to see problems with the layout and even some features. We might
eventually fix these but IE 6 support is a very low priority item for us.
Flash
You need Flash Player 10 to access our site. Because of security and other issues, it's always
recommended to get the latest version of the Flash Player.
